Walk Lightly

Our Father has taken the time to hand create each of us and make us uniquely His. We are rare and exceptional. He provides us with His wisdom and there is nothing like it. If we tune into the wisdom of God and tread lightly, we will see His hand at work all around us. The problem is we are too busy and too noisy. We give our time away to many things that are not ours to do. We must learn to walk softly and say no to the busy hustling environment around us. The trick of the enemy is to get us so busy that we miss the voice of God. I have news for some of us. Doing things in the church that God has not called us to do is “church busyness.” It is not His will for us to be saying yes just because we are asked. Be wise in your walk and make the best use of your time so you are effective for the Kingdom. Walk lightly in the presence of God so you can hear His voice clearly.

Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Ephesians 5:15-16 ESV
