Our thinking is often too small. We serve a God who is in charge of an entire Earth, is Sovereign, and can do anything! So why do we settle for mediocre? It’s because we have never come into the knowledge of the Word of God. We must see the scripture for all things and not just the part that we like; not just for Salvation from our sins and our ticket out of hell. The Word is life and a breathing soul for our benefit. Therefore, the Bible and its’ many scriptures are for us and our benefit. The Word of God is to be used for teaching, reproof, correction, and training so we are pleasing to the Father and equipped for every good work. We must raise the standards by which we live and live strictly by the Word of God!
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work. II Timothy 3:16-17 ESV
