An Outcast

Jesus was well aware that He was hated by many. We must also be aware that if we are followers of Christ we will also be hated. The key to Jesus’s remaining in His assignment and purpose though he was disliked is the Holy Spirit constantly leading and guiding as He remain connected to the Father through prayer and fasting. Jesus was so kind and gentle yet stern when needed. He never walked alone. He was always depending on His Father for direction. We often become disconnected and walk in our own strength. This is the reason we faint and become weary especially when we feel rejected and like an outcast. Our number one connection should be God the Father through the Holy Spirit and then we will not find ourselves in unknown situations as an outcast! We would avoid these situations all together.

I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. John 15:1 KJV
