Where does one strength come from when it feels like God is asking to be used by Him? There are so many problems and issues and difficulties we face daily just trying to make it in this world. Sometimes we feel saddened and alone and our cares become heavy. We become concerned about our children and our grandchildren. We pray constantly for our dear family and friends. We feel troubled and heavy hearted when we see all the poverty and hunger around us. We want so much to help everyone in need. We want them all to be okay and to flourish. We want them to be treated with respect and dignity. Well, here is your opportunity to be used to make a difference. Begin to stand in the gap and pray. Begin to lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. Begin to feed the hungry and clothe the naked both physically and spiritually. Begin to speak life in dead situations and dry bones for those who are struggling. He only wants your permission to use you to bring about change and life through the Holy Spirit. He alone has the power He is just asking permission to use your body!
But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. II Corinthians 4:7 ESV
